Frequently asked questions
Does it read the waybill XML?
Colunar reads PDFs, images and spreadsheets. If you have the XML, it is already structured; use Colunar for the PDF waybills, invoices and receipts that only exist as images.
Does it calculate the distance between origin and destination?
No. It extracts the distance when printed and leaves the field empty when it is not. Route calculation stays with your tool.
Does it tell diesel from gasoline in fuel receipts?
Yes. The fuel template records the type and the volume in liters; when a receipt has more than one fuel, each becomes a row.
Is it useful for Scope 3 transport?
It is useful for collecting the activity data (weight, distance, amount, fuel). The factor and the method stay in your inventory spreadsheet.
